Below is the Shipping Policy for Bokocoko. All dates and times have been updated as of May 20, 2025.


1. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers to deliver your order safely and on time:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • DHL
  • EMS
  • Local postal services

2. Order Processing

  • Payment Confirmation: Orders enter our fulfillment queue as soon as payment is accepted.
  • Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding Post Office holidays listed below), Eastern Standard Time (UTC-05:00).
  • Post Office Holidays:
    • New Year’s Day (January 1)
    • Presidents’ Day (third Monday in February)
    • Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
    • Independence Day (July 4)
    • Labor Day (first Monday in September)
    • Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)
    • Christmas Day (December 25)

3. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC-05:00), Monday–Friday.
  • Orders placed before 5 PM will begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Tip: Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to:
    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
    • APO/FPO military addresses
    • International destinations

6. Customized & Personalized Orders

If you’ve requested customizations or made-to-order designs, please allow additional design time. We’ll provide an estimated completion date in your order confirmation email.


7. Order Tracking

  1. Confirmation Email: Immediately upon order placement.
  2. Processing Notification: Within 1–2 business days.
  3. Tracking Activation: Allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan your package.
    • If tracking is not yet visible, the carrier has not processed it.
    • Once scanned, tracking details will update automatically.
  4. Late Delivery: If you’ve passed your estimated arrival date, please Contact Us for assistance.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Errors may result in delays or returned packages:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to sender.
  • Returned packages are disposed of by our shipping partners.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply to resend returned orders.
  • We cannot assume liability for loss, theft, or damage if you request carrier forwarding/redirects after dispatch.
