2. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You may initiate a return within 180 days of the date you received your order.

  • Required Information:
    • Name on the order
    • Order number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Photos illustrating the problem
    • Your preference for a replacement or a refund

3. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • In their original condition (unwashed, unworn)
  • With all tags attached
  • Returned with the sales receipt or order confirmation

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for customer errors, such as misspelled names, incorrect images, or ordering the wrong item.


4. Returns Shipping

  • Return Cost: $0.00
  • We offer free returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • For all other valid returns, the return shipping cost is still $0.00, so you won’t pay anything to send the item back.

5. Returns Procedure

  1. Obtain Authorization: Email [email protected] and receive your approved return address.
  2. Prepare Your Package:
    • Include a printout of your purchase confirmation.
    • Pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.
  3. Ship the Package:
    • Use your local post office or any courier service.
    • Provide us with the tracking number.
  4. Confirmation & Approval:
    • Once we receive your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
    • We’ll notify you via email whether your refund or exchange has been approved or denied.

6. Processing Time

  • After approval, refunds are issued within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • If you requested a replacement, we’ll ship it following our standard Shipping Policy timelines (Handling Time + Transit Time).

7. Non-Responsibility & Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns for items that:
    • Show signs of wear, damage, or misuse after delivery
    • Are sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • We are not responsible for:
    • Orders returned without first obtaining authorization
    • Loss or damage during return shipment if you did not use the provided return address or tracking information
    • Any additional customs or duties on international returns (noting we do not ship internationally)
