1. Overview

At Bokocoko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Return & Inspection: All items must first be returned and received in accordance with our Return Policy (within 180 days of delivery, in original condition, unwashed/unworn, with tags attached).
  • Defects & Damage: Refunds are granted for items that are damaged, defective, or do not match the description.
  • Customer Error: We cannot issue refunds for errors in ordering (wrong size, misspelling, wrong image) if the product matches what was ordered.

3. Refund Request Window

  • You must submit your refund request within 180 days of the date you received your order.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Initiate Return: Follow our Return Procedure by contacting [email protected] to obtain authorization and the correct return address.
  2. Provide Details: In your return request include:
    • Order number
    • Name on the order
    • Description of the issue (include photos)
    • Your preference for a refund
  3. Ship Your Return: You will not incur any return shipping costs (return cost: $0.00). Use the provided address and send with tracking.

5. Refund Processing Timeframe

  • Inspection & Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial within 3 business days.
  • Issuing Refund: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

6. Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Partial Refund: May be granted at our discretion if an item shows minor signs of use or missing tags.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Bank Processing: After we issue your refund, it may take 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post it to your account.
