Requests received after the 24-hour window cannot be honored, as orders are sent to production immediately.

2. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
• We cannot be responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-deliver your order.
